About Marci Sawyer
Marci Sawyer’s passion for childcare began as a teenager through caring for children and discovering her natural ability to connect with them. Her journey continued as a mother, where raising her son with challenging behaviors taught her the importance of patience, creativity, and finding unique ways to support each child’s individual needs.
Through her experiences, Marci learned that behavior is communication and that every child can learn when given the right support. She developed creative strategies and new teaching approaches to help children grow, sometimes creating new solutions on a weekly basis to meet their changing needs.
As the owner and operator of Little Einstein Preschool, Marci brings years of childcare experience and a passion for helping children succeed. She has a talent for thinking outside the box and turning everyday items in the classroom into fun, hands-on learning opportunities. She believes children love to learn when they are engaged, encouraged, and allowed to explore.
Marci’s goal is to inspire teachers to see the possibilities around them, create meaningful experiences for children, and build classrooms where every child feels supported and excited to learn.

Offers creative resources, crafts, games, and activities that make learning enjoyable and easy to bring into everyday routines.
Encourages imagination, creativity, confidence, and a lifelong love of learning in children. A place to gather ideas, share inspiration, and find simple solutions for fun-filled learning at home or in childcare settings.
Hosts two retreats each year where childcare providers, moms, and homeschool parents can come up to the pines for hands-on training, creative learning experiences, and meaningful connections with others who share their passion for children.
